Our service pledge |
Great service is at the centre of everything we do. Datum has a short, plain-English service pledge (see right). Our customers will tell you we take it very seriously indeed. For example, we believe communication is vital and we have a policy of communicating fully and regularly with the customer, whether it’s an update on the scope of the work or simply a courtesy call to keep them aware of our progress. After each and every project, we ask customers to fill out a satisfaction form which seeks their opinion on nine key measures. And we constantly tune our operating practices to reflect this feedback.
